Q: When and where is the HorrorFest ?
A : The event take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada from September 13th to the 15 2013
Q: Is this the Montreal ComicCon ?
A: Yes! But the HorrorFest is the horror section of the Comic Con. It’s like a convention and Film festival that take place during and into the Montreal Comic Con.
Q: Do I need to buy tickets for booth show ? Comic Con & HorrorFest ?
A: No. You only need to buy one pass to access both show. Go to Event/tickets and follow the instructions. We suggest you to buy your ticket online because they are cheaper then the one at the door.
Q: Can I purchase ticket for the film festival?
A: No. Buying tickets to the Montreal Comic Con will give you acces to the film Festival. The screening room is an independent room. You don’t have to get in the main room to get to the festival.
Q: How do I submit my film?
A: You can submit your film by rolling over Festival. A drop menu will appear. Choose Submit a Film. Be sure to read and to fill out the form perfectly. Note that we will not resend you your DVD.
Q: If my film get into the festival, will I be able to come to the show?
A : Yes. It will be our please to provide you with a special pass for the week-end. Be sure to Contact us if you’re coming down.
Q: I would like to get a booth at the HorrorFest, how does it work?
A: It’s pretty simple, just go to Vendors and follow the instructions.
Q: I’m an artist and I would like to get a Artist table in the horror section, can I ?
A: Unfortunately it’s not possible. The Horror section is only Booth, but we will regroup horror artist in the artist alley so quick, just go to Vendors and follow the instructions.
Q: Do guest are charging for their autograph ?
A: Yes, depending on the guest. We don’t have any power with their decision. Some will charge for an autograph, others will sign for free if you’re buying and item on their table. This is the guest decision and we can’t do anything about it.
Q: How can I become a sponsor of the HorrorFest ?
A: Just click on Advertise and follow the instructions.
Q: I’m running a horror website/blog and would like to cover the HorrorFest, how does it work?
A: It’s really simple just drop us a email.
Q: Where can I reserve my hotel ?
A : Go to Event/ticket and follow the instructions.
Q: It will be my first time in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I heard only good things about this city. Can you help so I can visit good spot?
A: Yes! Montreal is actually a pretty cool city. Go to Event/tickets and you will see a link for the city of Montreal. You can also drop us a email to know our favourite places.
